This course provides behavior analysts with definitions of feedback, performance and performance feedback. Behavior analysts will review the feedback formula (Parks, et al., 2022). Participants will review some of the components that play a role in the delivery of feedback. Behavior analyst will learn about the behaviors and the people that deserve feedback. The instructors will describe different types of feedback, as well as when and where to provide feedback.
