The problem is that leadership is a completely different set of skills - a set of skills most of us are not taught. Thus, we usually rely on the old trial and error, trying to find the best ways to motivate employees and increase performance. What if there was a different way? What if you could learn the actual behaviors that you can do as a leader to positive effect performance? This course does just that!

    Master the prerequisite skills of a leader by focusing on your individual vision and goals as well as communication, organization, and time management.

    Assess and develop treatments to increase the performance of your staff.

Lead Instructor

Beverly Kirby

Beverly is the Chief Executive Director at TeamABA, a behavior analytic company that provides sports, health, and nutrition coaching and consultation. Her vision is to use the science of behavior analysis to improve lives, serving athletes and teams, providing professional training to people struggling with their overall mental and physical health and working with small to midsize businesses to boost productivity, safety, and efficiency. Beverly also has the very personal experience of leading successful organizations, as the former owner and seller of a successful ABA company that provided services to individuals with autism.
