This course reviews the feedback formula (Parks, et al., 2022) discussed in "How to receive and deliver feedback - part 1". They will review the last components that play a role in the delivery of feedback. Behavior analyst will be provided a recipe to deliver both positive and corrective feedback. Considerations about delivering feedback to supervisees, upper management and stakeholders will be discussed. The course provides important suggestions to effectively receive feedback. Scenarios will provide an opportunity to practice the delivery of feedback.
