This course describes the symptoms and consequences of impostor syndrome. Behavior analysts will learn different ways to boost their confidence. The presenter will discuss Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and how it can be used to decrease anxiety and stress related to starting a new career in the field of applied behavior analysis.
