Course Description


1.0 General BCBA CEU

This course defines and describes bias and microaggression. The presenters discuss different types of biases and microaggressions, as well as ways to recognizing one's own biases and intervening after a microaggression. The course also focuses on the ADDRESSING Model (Hays, 2016). The participants will have an opportunity to practice the concepts learned in this training by completing activities throughout the course.
