Course Description

2.0 General BCBA CEUs

This course provides behavior analysts with definitions of feedback, performance and performance feedback. Behavior analysts will review the feedback formula (Parks, et al., 2022). Participants will review the components that play a role in the delivery of feedback. Behavior analyst will learn about the behaviors and the people that deserve feedback. The instructors will describe different types of feedback, as well as when and where to provide feedback. 

Behavior analyst will receive a recipe to deliver both positive and corrective feedback. Considerations about delivering feedback to supervisees, upper management and stakeholders will be discussed. The course provides important suggestions to effectively receive feedback. Scenarios will provide an opportunity to practice the delivery of feedback.
